Senior Division

Placement is required for all levels.

Senior division dancers build increasingly advanced ballet technique work into their daily practice.  Students advancing through this division will progress from learning elementary combinations to developing their repertoire.  We continue our focus on the whole student and help each of them to master not only the technique but also the artistry and psychology necessary to become an advanced ballet dancer.

Ballet 5A

Students will learn intermediate level ballet skills, including jumps and turns. Combinations are of moderate complexity, with an emphasis on musicality and physical conditioning. Dancers should expect to be in Ballet 5 for multiple years. This level includes the work before, during, and after getting your first pair of pointe shoes. Pointe work is introduced once the student is ready, this is a decision made by the directors, and is very individualized. Placement by instructor.

Meets three times per week.  Choose all sections when registering.
